Our B2B site is designed for companies who resell our products. We can offer to sell you the goods in several different ways:
- Credit card payment is the simplest and fastest way to get your products.
- We can ship your products COD but in order to do so we do need you to fill out our credit application. We will approve all COD applications as long as you have a business and we have never had a returned check from you or a refused package from your company.
- We do offer Net 30 terms for qualifying businesses. You must completely fill out the credit application online and in many cases we will need a written and signed agreement from you when your credit is approved.

We are so sure that you will like the quality of our products that we will guarantee your money back if you don't like any of our products for any reason. Shipping and handling are not refundable. - Our used garments are guaranteed to be in wearable condition without stains or defects or your money back. Used items can be exchanged but not returned for a refund unless it is defective or not in wearable condition.

You can return or exchange any of our new
products for 30 days as long as the products are unused and
unaltered. The 30 days begins on the day your order is placed.
All tags must be attached on the garment and shirts must be in
the original package. You will be responsible for all shipping
costs. You must fill our request which should be included in
your package.

We will be glad to exchange any product you
purchase from us at no additional cost to you except the
shipping. You will not be charged for additional shipping if you
have received an incorrect item.

Refunds will be charged all shipping costs
unless the product is defective and we cannot furnish you with a
quality product. Used product, seasonal item, and items sent
back that are not in their original packaging will be charged a
25% restocking fee.

International shipments may be charged taxes and
fees by the shipping company or the receiving country. We have
no way of knowing what these fees will be. You will be
responsible for all such fees in addition to the fees we have
charged.

If a package is refused or if you send the
products to an address other then the above address you will be
charged a 50% restocking fee for the products, and the shipping
cost and country tax will not be refunded.

- Shipping costs are set by method of shipping. UPS ground is the most economical and will generally take up to 5 working days to receive your goods by this method. The rates are listed below.
- Most goods will be shipped on the business day after it is ordered. If you need it shipped on the same day please note it on the comments on your order. UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as days for shipping.
- Ground shipping delivery time takes up to 5 business days but is not guaranteed to go out the next business day. The only way to guarantee an order be delivered within a specified time frame is to choose the appropriate air shipping speed.
- Please be aware that we require proof of delivery in the form of a signature. Please provide an address where you are available to sign for your order.
- If a package is refused or returned to us as undeliverable you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
- We are no longer accepting orders from outside of the US and Canada.
- Canada shipments might be charged an import fee at the time of delivery.
- We do not ship to PO Box or APO address as UPS requires a physical address for delivery.

Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped 2nd Day Air or faster. Canada is Ground only. |
Quoted shipping rates are based on orders with total weight of 20 lbs or less. For all orders that exceed 20 lbs, we will call you and let you know how much it will be to ship the order. You will be charged separately for the additional shipping cost. |

- Never put your credit card number in an email it
is not secure and is not encoded. We are not responsible
for the safety of your card if this happens.
- We will not ship to an alternate shipping
address unless that address is listed with your credit card
company.
- Our SSL secure certificate ensures you of a
safe and secure shopping process. When you get to step two
of the ordering process you will see a lock at the bottom of you
browser. This means that all data between you and the
server is scrambled and is encoded.
