- Minimum Purchase of $100.00 on ever order. If the
minimum purchase is not fulfilled you will be charge a
$10.00 fee.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Credit card payment are the simplest and faster way to
get your products.
- We do offer Net 30 and COD upon approval. You must fill
out completely the
Credit Application online.

Backorders, you are responsible for all shipping cost. If an
order does not have a cancellation date, it will ship
automatically when the backorder product arrive
- Every years we update
our wholesale accounts. If you have not purchased from us
within a years’ time your account will be closed and you
will have to open a new account to place an order.

Order Processing Time: |
- Orders are processed within
2 business day after the
order has been received. If the items are not available we
will send you a back order email with the estimated
date of arrival
- You can reply to the
back order email and provide us with a cancellation date
as well as the date you need the item(s) by. We will make
every effort to accommodate you.

Orders placed
before 10am pacific standard time AND have a
shipping speed of UPS NEXT DAY AIR or UPS 2nd DAY
AIR will be shipped the same business day (based on
in-stock availability). After you place your order,
call in with your order number and we will process your
order for shipping. We
STRONGLY suggest that you call us before placing your order to
check inventory.

| Returns/

- Claims must be made
within 48 Hours of receiving goods.
- No returns or adjustments
will be recognized without a return authorization number.
- Authorized returns are
subject to a restocking fee of 10%, except on defective
products or an error on our side.

Refused orders will be charged freight (both
ways) plus a $10.00 service fee.
